Pricing/Selling Options

We come to you and take a selection of internal and external photographs of your property.

We upload your photographs with full property description to GoPrivate.com.au.

We advertise your property up to 4 times in the newspaper. (Please contact us to determine specific sizes/layouts and available newspapers in your area).

We supply and erect one of our eye catching 'For Sale' signs (see picture below) with your phone number and a special code which will enable buyers to obtain your price and details by return SMS.

We supply you with our comprehensive 'Selling Kit' (see picture below), which contains all the information, blank forms and helpful tips you will need to sell your property.

We supply you with colour property flyers which have an expression of interest form and buyer’s guide on the reverse side. We supply the flyers in batches of 20 as required.

We supply you with up to 5 home open directional signs (see picture below).

We provide telephone back-up support.

Private Selling Kit

What we charge...

$850 payable upfront when your property is listed, plus $1000 final payment when you sell. - total cost $1850.

The following easy payment options are available if you are unable to pay the initial $850 - *Final payment of $1000 still due upon sale.

i. Pay 9 x $100 weekly payments - total payable $900 - debited directly from your bank account or credit card. This is a fixed term direct debit contract*.

ii. Pay 19 x $50 weekly payments - total payable $950 - debited directly from your bank account or credit card. This is a fixed term direct debit contract*.

Please Note

1. If your property goes under offer or you would like to temporarily deactivate your listing, any unused newspaper advertisements will be put on hold and remain in credit for you to use in the future for this property only. If your property sells or is withdrawn before all your newspaper advertisements have been used, any unused advertisements are not refundable or transferable to any other properties.

2. All signs are on loan and to be returned once the property has sold or been withdrawn from sale.

Extra 'Home Open' signs - $20 each

Extra 'For Sale' signs - $50 each

Photo display signs 1800mm (6ft) x 1200mm (4ft) in size - $250 each (on lease for up to 6 months)
